Does by payment of a previously loaded from the reporting SOL reset.
In change my case, I'll accept AMEX settlement offer. Will it reset Reporting SOL and stay for 7 years in the CR after the payment was affected.
From my research shows that the SOL is “not” reset.

October 12th, 2011 admin About a month ago, I have a CA on my CR for a legitimate claim. I just did not get the bill from the OC, because we have a screwed up mail delivery in my neighborhood. I would like from where I live, because I was not the half of my post and I have moved several entries received pursuant to this CA situation.
Anyways, I contacted the OK to pay them and they said I had to pay to the CA. I contacted the CA and negotiated a PFD. They sent me a signed contract agreement with the PDF in writing.

I have three utility accounts, the collections in 2004 were gone and paid in 2006. I also have an account that I've Palisades recently settled on in January of this year. may I know who believe the original creditor (Bally's) and it was also time.
Would of 2004, the DV letter is a waste of time at this point or do I still have a chance removed.

October 11th, 2011 admin I am in dispute with a credit card company about fees I absolutely refuse to pay. I have so informed by phone and registered mail. But they called my home, work and mobile phone ring about 50 times day.
Last time, I answered and said: “Unfortunately I can not talk now, I'm in the middle is always a bl * # job.” And then hung up.
My friend says I can not talk like that to go and they can be sued or in jail. Can I? Really? They called me!
