I just did what everyone else does, get address deleted tied to the bk and then dispute away. Yes I disputed as "Not Mine" and damn proud of it. If people want to label me, I'm gonna fight to get those labels removed if I don't like them and that includes my credit reports too!
I have paid enough for, and learned enough from the mistakes of my youth and don't feel any further sentencing is necessary.

He had his 341 meeting October 16th and was pronounced terminally ill 10/31/08 and passed away 37 days later. Forgot to include something on my schedules [trustee] [341 hearing]
October 10th, 2011 admin I neglected to include a past address on my schedule, as well as a small savings account that I forgot about (less than $45).

This was disputed twice. came back verified Now the account shows that it was charged off as of 9/2005. when it was 1/2001. ( Experian} also reported since 9/2005. Bankruptcy filed in 10/2005. discharged in 4/2006.
Any info will be greatly appreciated.
