Yes! I get several of these calls in batches every 3 – 4 months. I've had calls from Heather, Rachel, Michelle, and a guy named Jonathan or Joshua or something that started with a J. Sometimes they say they are from "Account Services," sometimes it's "Card Holder Services." Do a Google search on Michelle or Rachel from Card Holder Services — lots of people are getting these calls.
Lately, they've been calling me from 207-457-9549. The Caller ID always says "Unknown Name." They will not honor requests to be taken off their call list or placed on a Do Not Call list.
They try to trick you into thinking they are calling from one of your credit card companies, but they are not. They are trying to sell a service to get your APRs lowered across all your accounts and boost your credit scores, but all they really do is raid your accounts and run up charges.
Reply:They do want to sell you something, I think it's the so called 'protection liability' package.
Reply:This is the number that showed today: (207)472-9634
Today it showed UNKNOWN CALLER. Other times it will some city in Florida, but I'm not positive which one.
Reply:I don't have an Orchard card, so I guess not.
I think I wrote the number down, but it couldn't find it. When it showed a phone number, it said Florida though.
I was getting letters and a few calls about car warranties, which I couldn't understand because I already bought one from the dealer when I bought the car.
I'm also on the Do Not Call list and my number is unlisted.
I've also been getting a lot of calls from Crystal Cathedral lately. Sometimes the caller id says Crystal Cathedral. Other times it shows some number from Baltimore, MD. I've googled that number and it says it's Crystal Cathedral too. So they are calling at least twice a day. I've never given any money or my information. My dad gave them money when he was alive, but I closed his banking account after he died. And I changed my phone number so they shouldn't it have it. I did try to call them when I still had the old phone number to have them stop the automatic withdrawals, but there was an option to sign up to give and an option to speak to a counselor but no option to stop giving. That's why I closed the account.

Reply:No, but I do get the one trying to sell me an extra warranty on my car. Ughh they drive me crazy with that! It is bad enough my phone number is only one digit off from the local pharmacy.
Reply:Mmm… rates below prime. Sounds like they want to sell you something.

I get these calls regularly as well, only prior to today I’ve always just hung up before the message can complete. Today, however, I stayed on and listed to the options. “Press 1 to lower your interest rate and press 2 to discontinue further notices.” Naturally, I pressed 2. There’s a brief moment of hold music, then someone named “Matt” answers who says, “Hi, you pressed 1 to lower your interest rate today?” I respond, “No, I actually pressed 2 to discontinue further…” at which point “Matt” simply hung up on me.
I’d like to find out who these DBs are so that they can be legally shut down…
