Reply:SCM,
Who do you have LOCs with at this point? I'm with Amex, Sams & LaSalle. I missed First Horizon. I'm looking expand without a lot of brain damage, especially with TU or EQ pullers.
Also, I've enjoyed your many posts. Where are you in PA? (Sorry guy, not trying to hijack your thread).

Reply:I'm going to call them later this week and see if they lend here in Pa. No doc is my favorite. I may have to wait until my 2006 tax return is done, just in case they want to see it. PNC was really cake to get. I figured there had to be others out there that approve with low/no doc. Wachovia claims on their website that they are low doc for LOC's less than $50K but that's BS. They want the whole 9 yards and they shot me down twice, even though I've done most of my banking there for decades.

Reply:SCM,
LaSalle was no doc. I don't know if they lend in PA. I'm in MI. LaSalle had a huge national mortgage business. They just announced they are selling it to Citigroup, perhaps b/c all the foreclosures.

Reply:Your name reminds me of a place in Pa
Reply:maybe I should have said EX OR TU, not both. I know there are more than this.

Reply:I think I called LaSalle a while back and they told me they don't lend in Pa, but I've seen lots of LaSalle serviced mortgages forclosed on here in my county in Pa. So I still don't know if they do the LOC here. Do they have low/no doc approval or do they require full disclosure?

Reply:LaSalle pulled TU and Amex pulled EX (recent CL increase). Don't know if either will lend LOC with less than 2 years.
