RSS FeedI just logged on and was refused a BofA secured Visa. Unfortunately, the EX is my worst subject report. TU = 537 EX = 509 EQ = 687th I called for the review and the UW made a comment on my 1993 BK7 not that say, in one of my big three reports for years and not more. When I asked her if there was they said no, but that the report shows that the BK was done. Does this make sense? If so, how about removing one of the reports?

Question about student loan and BK [two different places] [bk7]

My wife had two student loans from two different places for about 10k total matches. We both thought federal, so we do not belong in the BK, as we know they do not dis charge.

August 7th, 2011 admin We are considering my husband only going BK7 after our short sale. The loan and deed were in his name only. They are reserving the right to come after us for the deficiency.
My question is his company will give us a lump sum payment after we close for having to take a hit on the house. Its a fairly large amount and we are planning on that money to fund our "fresh start".
